Making a Complaint

At Children’s House Nursery School we really want to get it right for you and your child.  We are committed to providing the highest standards of care and education. We welcome all feedback and therefore encourage parents and carers to raise any concerns or issues as soon as they arise. In the first instance please make contact with your child's key person. In addition Guthsna our deputy is available on site every day and will be happy to help you. Becky Dolamore, our executive head is in school regularly and liaises closely with the whole team regarding school life.

We take all concerns seriously and do our up most to resolve any issues immediately.

Below are the procedures to follow if you need to raise a concern and what to do if you feel you need to make a formal complaint.
