Thursday 24th September
Good evening everyone,
Today the children continued work on their senses, they had the opportunity to explore taste, and again this activity provided a wonderful opportunity to introduce new vocabulary for example, sour, sweet, spicy, delicious, sharp etc.
The children also enjoyed cooking with Shakila in the garden, where they each prepared and cooked their own healthy mini pizzas.
These are simple to make at home and you will see that children will eat their vegetables when they have prepared and cooked them themselves.
Mini Pizzas

Tomato puree
Assorted veggies such as:
Sweet corn
Peppers,
Mushrooms
