Thursday 25th March

Thursday 25th March 2021

Good afternoon everyone,

Wow, what we can we say? Everyone was blown away by your efforts with the children’s Easter bonnets. They were amazing.  In fact they were so creative that Tracy Smith the Director of the Tower Hamlets Partnership of schools (THEP), who came to judge our competition declared everyone a winner.

Today the children enjoyed an Easter parade before the judge, and singing their favourite songs for her. Later everyone enjoyed an Easter Egg Hunt and fortunately everyone found a chocolate egg to put in their basket.

We also held the Easter egg raffle and the winners will have received their prizes. It was a really fun day and a lovely end to another unusual term.

I would like to thank all of you for your continued support and for everything you have done for your children throughout this pandemic.

We are looking forward to a summer term fun of fun, with all the children back in nursery and a gradual opening up so we can welcome you eventually on to our site.

Now we would like you to choose your favourite staff hat. Please look at the staff hat below and e-mail the number of your favourite hat to:

 admin@childrenshouse.towerhamlets.sch.uk

The staff are eager to know who the winner is.

Don't forget to look for eggs in windows as part of the Bow Baptist Church holiday Egg Hunt.

All that’s left to stay is have a wonderful holiday and we look forward to welcoming the nursery back on Tuesday April 13th and Red Class on Wednesday April 14th.

Happy Easter to everyone celebrating and stay safe.
