Tuesday 23rd February

Tuesday 23rd March 2021

Good afternoon everyone,

Finally we heard some good news yesterday, with the announcement that all schools in England will open fully on March 8th. We really look forward to welcoming every child back to nursery in two weeks.

We will shortly be sending out information to inform you of the measures we continue to have in place to keep everyone safe. This now includes twice weekly Covid testing for all staff. You can help us by continuing to form one queue at your allocated gate and wearing a face covering.

We also respectfully ask you not to park on the yellow lines outside the gates. We will soon have 140 children on site leaving through three gates and we have to ensure their safety.

We have a fun few months and it is wonderful that all children will be back with us.

For children currently in nursery, a reminder that next week 4th March it is World Book Day look out for a letter home soon.

Today in nursery children continued to learn about the environment, we had planting, upcycling and sorting going on in all three classrooms.

At home you could gather a selection of different items, such as cardboard boxes, paper, plastic, wood, metal etc. Let your child sort the objects by material and decide what can safely be recycled.

Have a lovely evening and enjoy Sam and Judy on the blog below.
