Complaints
At Children’s House Nursery School we really want to get it right for you and your child. We are committed to providing the highest standards of care and education. We welcome all feedback and therefore encourage parents and carers to raise any concerns or issues as soon as they arise.
In the first instance please make contact with your child's key person.
Guthsna our head of school is available on site every day and will be more than happy to help you.
Gary Palmer, our executive head teacher is in school regularly and liaises closely with the whole team regarding school life.
We take all concerns seriously and do our up most to resolve any issues immediately.
