School Development Plan

Our School Development Plan (SDP) helps us to strategically work to ensure our school is moving forward and that our impact on our children and families continues to be effective.
It is a living document which we review each half term. This means that we may add strands to it and we review it each half term to ensure it is still relevant and ambitious enough.
The SDP is linked to Performance Management targets for all staff. This means we are working together on the growth of our school community. ​
